At PetzyBites , we make sure your pet’s food arrives fast and in excellent condition. Orders are handled and dispatched 1-5 business days , based on your location.

  • We currently deliver to all areas across Egypt.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your region and external conditions.
  • Once your order is on the way, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info.

Return & Exchange

We’re committed to quality and aim to deliver every item in perfect shape.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll happily replace or exchange it.

You can request a return or exchange only if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong product or an incorrect order.
  • The issue is reported within 3 days of receiving the item.
